As Realtors, we have the privileges of belonging to MLS and having extensive property information. We belong to the Realtor network, and as such, every Realtor in Southwest Florida, and around the world, can co-operate with us on listings.

As Auctioneers, we have the ability to move at an extremely accelerated pace if we need it.

We select only Selling clients that believe time is important - they want their property marketed quickly and aggressively. We choose our Buying clients the same way, in that time is also important to them, and they are qualified to purchase.

There are times when only an auction will satisfy a Selling client's needs. They want to be guaranteed a sale in 30 days, with no contingencies. (See doing an auction  ).

There are times when a Selling client wants to market quickly, but doesn't feel comfortable about doing an auction. At those times, if the client is willing to price his or her property aggressively, we use our extensive marketing experience to list the property as Realtors. Given that only 1 in 3 Sellers may actually sell their property during their listing period in MLS, Sellers appreciate our efforts to market quickly and efficiently. Buyers also appreciate the fact our listings are priced aggressively, and our Sellers are serious.
